1. Giriş
btamobileaps ("biz", "geliştirici" veya "Veri Sorumlusu") olarak, kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine saygı duyuyor ve kişisel verilerin korunmasını en yüksek öncelik olarak görüyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası ("Politika"), PocketPlan mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanırken hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini, kimlerle paylaşılabileceğini ve bu süreçlerde sahip olduğunuz hakları açıklar.
Bu Politika; Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679), 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), Apple App Store ve Google Play mağaza politikaları ile uyumlu olarak hazırlanmıştır.
2. Tanımlar
- Kişisel Veri: Kimliği belirli veya belirlenebilir bir gerçek kişiye ilişkin her türlü bilgi.
- İşleme: Kişisel verilerin tamamen veya kısmen otomatik olan ya da olmayan yollarla elde edilmesi, kaydedilmesi, depolanması, değiştirilmesi, silinmesi vb. her türlü işlem.
- Veri Sorumlusu: Kişisel verilerin işleme amaçlarını ve vasıtalarını belirleyen, veri kayıt sisteminin kurulmasından ve yönetilmesinden sorumlu kişi.
- Veri Sahibi/Kullanıcı: Kişisel verisi işlenen gerçek kişi (Uygulamayı kullanan siz).
- Yerel Depolama: Verilerin yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığı, sunucuya iletilmediği depolama biçimi.
3. Genel İlke: Yerel-Önce (Local-First) Yaklaşım
PocketPlan, "yerel-önce" ilkesiyle tasarlanmıştır. Uygulamada oluşturduğunuz tüm görevler, klasörler, notlar, sesli kayıtlar, hatırlatıcılar ve tercihler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu içerikler bizim sunucularımıza, üçüncü taraf bulut hizmetlerine veya başka herhangi bir sisteme gönderilmez, yedeklenmez ve aktarılmaz.
Uygulamanın çalışması için bir hesap oluşturmanıza, e-posta adresi vermenize veya kayıt olmanıza gerek yoktur.

4.3. Otomatik Toplanan Bilgiler
PocketPlan; analitik araç (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics vb.), reklam SDK'sı, çerez veya benzeri izleme teknolojileri kullanmaz. Uygulama içinde reklam gösterilmez. IP adresi, cihaz kimliği veya kullanım istatistikleri tarafımızca toplanmaz.
5. İşleme Amaçları
Verileriniz yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla, cihazınızda işlenir:
- Uygulamanın temel işlevlerini (görev, klasör, hatırlatıcı, sesli not yönetimi) sağlamak,
- Tercihlerinizi (tema, bildirim ayarı, sıralama) hatırlamak,
- Sildiğiniz öğelerin geri alınabilmesi için çöp sepeti işlevini sürdürmek,
- Sistem hatırlatıcı/bildirim hizmetleri aracılığıyla sizi bilgilendirmek.
6. Üçüncü Taraflarla Paylaşım
İçerikleriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz; tarafımızca herhangi bir sunucuya yüklenmez. PocketPlan tarafından doğrudan kullanılan herhangi bir reklam ağı, analitik servis, harici API veya CRM bulunmamaktadır.
İstisnalar:
- İşletim Sistemi Servisleri: Bildirim, alarm, ses kaydı, konuşma tanıma gibi özellikler iOS / Android sistem servisleri tarafından sağlanır. Bu servislerin gizlilik politikaları için Apple ve Google'ın resmi belgelerine bakınız.
- "Paylaş" özelliği: Uygulama içinde bir görev listesini "Paylaş" düğmesiyle dışa aktardığınızda; ilgili içerik sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (WhatsApp, e-posta vb.) iletilir. Bu noktadan sonra ilgili uygulamanın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
- Yasal yükümlülük: Yetkili makamların yazılı talebi üzerine, ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde sınırlı bilgi paylaşımı zorunlu olabilir. Ancak teknik tasarımımız gereği sunucularımızda kullanıcı içeriği bulunmamaktadır.
7. Uluslararası Veri Aktarımı
Verileriniz cihazınızda kaldığı için tarafımızca herhangi bir uluslararası aktarım gerçekleştirilmez. İşletim sistemi düzeyinde gerçekleşen sistem servisleri (Apple/Google) için, ilgili sağlayıcının kendi gizlilik politikaları ve aktarım güvenceleri (Standard Contractual Clauses dahil) geçerlidir.
8. Saklama Süresi
- Verileriniz, siz onları silmediğiniz sürece veya Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırmadığınız sürece cihazınızda saklanır.
- Çöp sepetine taşınan öğeler, siz "Boşalt" işlemini yapana kadar veya manuel olarak kalıcı silene kadar tutulur.
- Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda, Uygulamaya bağlı yerel veriler işletim sistemi tarafından silinir.
9. Veri Sahibi Hakları (GDPR Art. 15-22 / KVKK md.11)
Verileriniz cihazınızda olduğundan, bu hakların büyük bölümünü Uygulama içi araçlarla doğrudan kullanabilirsiniz:
- Erişim hakkı: Tüm verileriniz Uygulama arayüzünde görünür durumdadır.
- Düzeltme hakkı: Görev, klasör, içerik düzenle butonları ile her veriyi güncelleyebilirsiniz.
- Silme hakkı (unutulma): Görev/klasörleri silebilir, çöp sepetinden kalıcı silebilir, son adım olarak Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırarak tüm yerel veriyi temizleyebilirsiniz.
- İşlemeyi kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik, itiraz hakları: Cihaz dışına veri aktarmadığımız için bu hakların pratikte konusu sınırlıdır; yine de talep halinde gerekli teknik bilgi tarafınıza sunulur.
- Şikâyet hakkı: Bulunduğunuz ülkenin denetim makamına (örn. KVKK için Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, AB için bulunduğunuz üye devletin DPA'sı) şikâyette bulunma hakkınız vardır.

10. Çocukların Gizliliği
PocketPlan, 13 yaşın (AB'de 16 yaşın) altındaki çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Bir ebeveyn veya yasal vasi çocuğunun Uygulamayı kullandığını fark ederse, lütfen bizimle iletişime geçsin.
11. Veri Güvenliği
Verileriniz, işletim sisteminin sağladığı standart uygulama izolasyonu (sandboxing) içinde saklanır. Cihazınızın ekran kilidini, biyometrik kimlik doğrulamayı ve sistem güncellemelerini güncel tutmanız önerilir. PocketPlan; verileri internet üzerinden iletmediği için sunucu sızıntısı, MITM saldırısı, parola çalınması gibi sunucu kaynaklı tehditlere maruz kalmaz.
12. Çerezler ve Benzeri Teknolojiler
PocketPlan bir mobil uygulama olduğundan tarayıcı çerezi kullanmaz. Yalnızca işletim sistemi düzeyinde yerel anahtar-değer depolama (örn. SharedPreferences, NSUserDefaults) ile uygulama ayarları saklanır.
13. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinde veya yayın notlarında bildirilir. Politikanın en güncel hali bu sayfada yayınlanır; yürürlük tarihi en üstte belirtilmiştir.

1. Introduction
btamobileaps ("we", "developer" or "Data Controller") respects the privacy of its users and treats the protection of personal data as a top priority. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what information is processed when you use the PocketPlan mobile application (the "App"), why it is processed, with whom it may be shared, and the rights you have in this context.
This Policy is prepared in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Definitions
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing: Any operation performed on personal data, whether automated or not, such as collection, recording, storage, alteration or deletion.
- Data Controller: The party that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
- Data Subject / User: The natural person whose personal data is processed (i.e. you, the user of the App).
- Local Storage: Storage where data is held only on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
3. Core Principle: Local-First Approach
PocketPlan is designed with a "local-first" approach. All tasks, folders, notes, voice recordings, reminders and preferences you create are stored only on your device. This content is not sent, backed up or transferred to our servers, third-party cloud providers or any other system.
You do not need to create an account, provide an email address or sign up to use the App.

4.3. Information Collected Automatically
PocketPlan does not use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.), advertising SDKs, cookies or similar tracking technologies. There are no in-app advertisements. We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers or usage statistics.
5. Purposes Of Processing
Your data is processed solely on your device, for the following purposes:
- To deliver core App features (task, folder, reminder and voice-note management);
- To remember your preferences (theme, notifications, sort order);
- To maintain the trash so you can restore deleted items;
- To inform you via system notification/reminder services.
6. Sharing With Third Parties
Your content is not shared with any third party and is not uploaded to any server by us. PocketPlan does not directly use any advertising network, analytics service, external API or CRM.
Exceptions:
- Operating System Services: Notifications, alarms, audio recording and speech recognition are provided by iOS / Android system services. For their privacy practices please refer to Apple and Google's official documentation.
- "Share" feature: When you tap "Share" on a task list, the selected content is sent to the application you choose (WhatsApp, mail, etc.). From that point onwards, that application's privacy policy applies.
- Legal obligation: We may be legally required to share limited information upon a competent authority's lawful request. However, due to our technical design, no user content resides on our servers.
7. International Data Transfers
Because your data remains on your device, no international transfer is performed by us. For OS-level system services (Apple/Google), the relevant providers' own privacy policies and transfer safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
8. Retention
- Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Items moved to trash are kept until you "Empty" trash or delete them permanently.
- Uninstalling the App causes the operating system to remove its associated local data.
9. Your Rights (GDPR Arts. 15-22 / KVKK Art. 11)
Because your data is on your device, most of these rights can be exercised directly through the App:
- Right of access: All your data is visible within the App's interface.
- Right to rectification: Edit any task or folder via the in-app edit controls.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Delete tasks/folders, empty the trash, and finally uninstall the App to wipe all local data.
- Restriction, portability, objection: Since we do not transfer your data off-device, the practical scope of these rights is limited; we will provide technical details on request.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You may complain to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction (e.g. KVKK Authority in Türkiye, your local DPA in the EU).

10. Children's Privacy
PocketPlan is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU) and does not knowingly collect personal data from such children. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child is using the App, please contact us.
11. Data Security
Your data is stored within the standard application sandbox provided by the operating system. We recommend keeping your device lock screen, biometric authentication and system updates current. Because PocketPlan does not transmit data over the internet, it is not exposed to server-side leaks, MITM attacks or password theft.
12. Cookies And Similar Technologies
As a mobile app, PocketPlan does not use browser cookies. It only uses OS-level local key-value storage (e.g. SharedPreferences, NSUserDefaults) to keep settings.
13. Changes To This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes are announced in-app or in release notes. The latest version is always published on this page; the effective date is shown at the top.
