1 Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2 Description of Service

Zikr is a free digital tasbih application providing:

3 Free Service & Advertising

The App is provided free of charge. To sustain development, we display ads via Google AdMob:

• App Open ads — upon returning to the App
• Interstitial ads — between sessions, frequency-capped
• Native ads — within content feeds

4 User Content

You may create custom dhikr entries and programs. You retain all rights to your content. All user content is stored locally on your device only — we never access or store it on any server.

5 Intellectual Property

The App — including design, code, graphics, sounds, and UI — is the intellectual property of Tuğba Dalkanat and protected by copyright law.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• You may not reverse-engineer or extract source code
• Islamic texts are from authentic traditional sources, provided for devotional purposes

7 Disclaimers

7.1 Religious Content

Islamic content is sourced from widely accepted traditional references for general devotional use. The App does not provide religious rulings (fatwa) and is not a substitute for guidance from qualified scholars.

7.2 No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or data preservation.

7.3 Data Loss

All data is stored locally. We are not responsible for data loss from device failure, App uninstallation, OS updates, or any other cause. We recommend using the built-in export/backup feature periodically.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuğba Dalkanat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuğba Dalkanat from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10 Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability.

11 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Remaining provisions stay in full effect.

15 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Tuğba Dalkanat regarding the App.
