What Luniva knows
about your home.

1 Who we are

"Luniva" (the "App", "we", "us", "our") is a Flutter application for iOS and Android designed to help you keep a calm, organised home through AI-guided room scans, focused cleaning sessions, routines, analytics and gentle gamification.

Luniva is developed and operated by BtaMobileApps. This Privacy Policy describes the data we collect when you use the App, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2 Data we collect

Information you give us

• Account information — display name, optional avatar initials, language preference, theme preference. Stored locally; synced only if you opt into account sync.
• Household configuration — room names, owners, family members, routine settings, energy slider. Stored locally on your device.
• Cleaning activity — completed tasks, streaks, session history, XP, achievements. Stored locally on your device.
• Before / After photos — saved to a private gallery on your device. Not uploaded unless you actively share them.
• Support correspondence — when you email us, we receive what you send.

Information collected automatically

• Device & system — operating system version, device model, app version, language, time zone. Used solely for crash diagnostics and compatibility checks.
• Crash logs — anonymous stack traces if the App crashes, so we can fix it. No personal content is captured.
• Camera frames during scan — processed in memory by the on-device AI model and discarded. They are not stored, analysed in the cloud, or transmitted off the device.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect your contacts, location, microphone audio, browsing history, or social media accounts.
• We do not access your camera roll without an explicit picker action.

3 How we use data

Provide the service

Render your dashboard, run room scans, manage routines, track streaks and analytics.

Improve quality

Diagnose crashes and fix bugs through anonymous crash reports.

Communicate

Reply to your support requests using the email address you wrote from.

Legal compliance

Respond to lawful requests from competent authorities only when legally compelled.

We never use your data for behavioural advertising, profile sale, or training third-party AI models.

4 On-device AI

Luniva's room reading is performed on-device using lightweight computer-vision models. Camera frames are processed in volatile memory and immediately released. The cleaning score, mood label and suggested tasks are computed locally and saved with your room — the underlying images are not retained or transmitted.

If a future feature ever requires cloud inference, it will be opt-in, clearly labelled at the moment of consent, and described here before activation.

5 Live activities & widgets

If you enable Live Activities (iOS) or the Home screen widget, the App publishes your active session's progress and elapsed time to the system surface so you can glance at it. This information is rendered by the operating system on your device and is not transmitted to us.

6 Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited cases:

• Service providers processing on our behalf — for example, the crash-reporting service that ingests anonymous stack traces. They are contractually limited to the purpose we set.
• Family / Sanctum — if you invite household members and choose to share rooms, tasks or goals, those items become visible to invited members. This is your choice, not ours.
• Legal obligation — when required by valid legal process, and only to the minimum extent necessary.
• Business transfers — if Luniva is ever acquired, we will tell you in advance and your data continues under the same protections.

7 Data retention

Locally stored content remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. If you opt into account sync, account data is retained while your account is active and removed within 30 days of deletion. Anonymous crash reports are kept up to 12 months.

8 Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK in Türkiye, CCPA in California, LGPD in Brazil and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, object to processing, and delete personal information about yourself.

You can exercise most of these directly inside the App: Settings → Privacy → Data & account. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

9 Children

Luniva is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10 Security

Local data is protected by the operating system's per-app sandbox and encrypted at rest by the OS. Sync data, if enabled, is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest.

No system is perfectly secure. We commit to notifying affected users without undue delay if a breach affecting personal data ever occurs.

11 International transfers

If sync is enabled, data may be processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer personal data out of your region we use lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to maintain protection.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page always reflects the version currently in force.
